Cancellation Policy

• Please let me know as early as possible by phone +41 76 325 82 83 or via email contact@dptransformation.com if you are unable to keep an agreed appointment.   

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be fully charged.

• In case the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the session will not take place and the client will have to pay the full session.
