What is Coaching?

Coaching is the art of creating a safe environment that fosters growth and results-oriented conversation is encouraged. It is a partnership and collaborative process based on mutual trust, honesty, respect, integrity, transparency and professionalism.
This powerful conversation creates a process to enable change and achieve transformative goals. It unleashes our full potential to reach our desired outcomes and goals.

How coaching works

Coaching is a process in which a coach supports a client to move from a disempowering current situation to an empowering future outcome. This process involves exploring the client's beliefs and values to uncover the triggers and causes of their disempowering behaviour.

The main functions of coaching are:

Creating awareness
Increasing self-confidence
Establishing clarity
Fostering a sense of responsibility and accountability
Enabling action

Empowering self-determination – enabling clients to feel that they have control over their choices and their life

The Difference between Coaching and Therapy

The main difference between therapy and coaching is the focus of the work. Therapy is about mental health and emotional healing, whose origins are in the past, while coaching is about setting and achieving goals that are focused on the future.

How RTC works

RTC® combines the effectiveness of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) with Transformational Coaching. RTT is a unique, powerful and comprehensive solution-focused approach developed by Marisa Peer that combines the most beneficial elements of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
As a client, you will be guided to understand and overcome past trauma by working with the subconscious mind to help you dissolve the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. This empowers you to create a vision for your future and anchor behaviours and actions that support you in achieving that goal.
Both RTT and RTC start by creating clarity and assume that you, as a client, have the intelligence, inherent creativity, and subconscious knowledge required to be successful but need help to access this part of your consciousness.
The focus can be on the past, where RTT provides clarity and changes limited beliefs, whereas coaching, is about the vision for the future. My role as a coach is to inspire you with the confidence and motivation you need to achieve your transformative goals.
RTC consists of three core elements: the Setting Up for Success (SUS) coaching model, the Rules of the Mind (ROM) framework and the RTT tools. These tools help you understand the root cause of your limiting beliefs, why you have been holding yourself back from achieving your goals, and support you in bringing about the change you want.

What will our collaboration look like?

During our time together we will review your current situation in relation to what you want to work on, identify the desired future, and what is holding you back from it.
Together, we will develop an action plan to help you achieve your goals and use powerful tools to uncover and reframe your limiting beliefs.
At the end of our program, we will ensure that the new positive changes and beliefs are embedded so that you continue to get the results you want in your life.

How many sessions do I need?

For RTC, you can choose between a 3-session or a 6-session package or combo packages that include an RTT session.
